i still dont see swearing as immature its just a way of expressing yourself as is any other word its just a word it cant hurt anyone unless its directed at them but lots of other words can do that to not just swear words e.g your butters can offend someone, your ugly can offend someone , you smell like poo can offend someone but theyre not classed as swear words filtering swear words is practically pointless

I've been a supporter of the swear filter ever since Bioware made the jump to developing for the Xbox. Have you ever plugged your headset in and actually listened to the crap? I'm by far not PC, and believe in saying what you mean-profanity included. But the Xbox crowd, or at least the vocal ones have some strange form of Tourette's syndrome or something. (Yeah I know that's a stereotype-sue me)

I don't know about the PS3 folks.
