I think all the items looks horrible.. Thanks goodness they are NOT end game items.
Same here, mind you having 2 great meat cleavers hanging on my back wasn't much better I guess. I would really like a set of the ones shown for rogue Hawke right at the beginning with the curved, double ended blades...
I think I might do Legacy early in the piece with my next playthrough so I don't mind shoving it in a chest, an option to hang it on the wall might be nice though...
OMG, I hate the cleavers. This can of Coke I'm drinking is closer to being a dagger than those things. A dagger is, by definition, a small piercing weapon. Usual DA daggers are more like short swords, and that's fine. At least it's the same general idea. The cleavers are a completely different kind of weapon though. How do you stab with something shaped like a rectangle?! Maddening!

That's one major reason I didn't buy the rogue item pack. And the warrior one doesn't have a two-handed weapon that levels up with me, so screw that as well.
You must be on PC since you modded the Staff of Penises, why not mod them too? It's more about the new models and to a lesser extent codexes than anything. Actually, if you're on a console and would like the easy button that PC players get via console and mods, I guess the grossly overpowered companion accessories is a big selling point too.
Actually, come to think of it, it might have one that levels with you. I seem to recall that there were alternate versions of the weapons in the item packs that are only accessible via additem or vaddi console mods. I know Malcolm's Honor had a couple alternate versions with fixed stats. There's also a second set of compaion accessories. I ran across one once using vaddi and it took me an hour to figure out where the item originated from, hehe...

Let's hope a developer actually comes and reads a thread titled "Omg Legacy WTH"... It was originally posted on the Nathenial support group, so one of their members might have got a confirmation on the link already.

I didn't like the look of any of The Key weapons in the DLC.
I feel the same. Bioware need new artist who can really draw armor and weapon.

I fully expect Isabela and her Lady Hawke girlfriend will one day be able to dual wield "back massagers."

Thank you all.

The good news is that in my own fanfiction, I can be totally justified in ignoring it.
Now if we just got a toolset update, we could make an ending that doesn't suck... I don't know why they had to use Orsino for that extra boss fight. The veil is thin, they could've had a demon. Or Cullen.

Oh that's niiice. Makes a lot of sense within the story and doesn't kill a character that might be back in DA3.

The only problem is that such a thing would likely be highly visually dramatic, and things like the whole city starting to glow red or Meredith transforming into a demon-lyrium-golem thing would rather detract from the previous eye candy of the Chantry explosion.
Pah. If Bioware can get away with copy and pasting so much that 25 zones have exactly 4 different layouts, a user-made mod can certainly get away with copy and pasting the appearance of Hybris. Or even Corypheus', though that would make it require Legacy and reduce the amount of people that can use it.

Well, that could work if Meredith's supposed to be the real ultimate boss.
