I bought 3200 BW points and bought the following ME2 DLC:

Arrival 560 points
Shadow Broker 800 points
Overlord Pack 560 points
Kasumi - Stolen Memory 560 points

I should have 720 points, but I only have 160.  How can I check what's going on? I got 2 e-mails confirming Kasumi.  Was it charged twice? What should I do now?

I got charged twice for a DA2 DLC, but EA account access is screwed up and I can't even send a help desk query.
