 I want Kelly to feed my fish. I have two questions basically. One, is it considered cheating on your ME1 LI if you have dinner with Kelly? Two, I read on the wiki that if you do not have a LI by the end the love scenes would normally occur that she will contact you to dance for you or whatever. Now my question is does she ONLY contact you if you have NEVER had an LI, meaning no LI from ME1 or ME2. Or will she still contact you if you have a ME1 LI but just never chatted up anyone in ME2? This might be my last throough playthrough and I dont want to mess things up for ME3 with Liara or weird consequences.

Having dinner with Kelly is not cheating, so relax.

Also, she will only offer to give you a lap dance if you do not romance anyone through ME2. Once the SM is over, she will send you a message on your private terminal offering said lap dance. You will have to use your intercom in your cabin to call her up if you want to recieve it. Ignore it, and it will never happen.

Dinner? I'd hope not. Most of my playthroughs do not have an LI from either game, and I haven't seen Kelly's dance outside of youtube vids.

So I think it's possible to avoid her dance and have her feed your fish after the dinner with her.

Nonetheless, I'm not sure how this might impact ME1 relationships, if at all.

Now is that only if I have no LI PERIOD? Or if I have one from ME1, will she will still contact me?

Also, if you take the lapdance is that considered cheating? I know with other times Liaras picture goes down and she will mention it during the Shadow Broker.

ME1 isnt taken into consideration, its only if you dont romance anyone during the events of ME2.
Cant say for certain if it will be considered as cheating. A flag is set in the save game file that you did get the lap dance, but getting the lap dance doesnt activate the Paramour achievement, so it doesnt really count as a romance.

Probably better that it remains unknown. The real question should be:
1) Does your character think it's cheating?
2) Does your character want to do it?
3) Is your character comfortable with and willing to deal with any possible moral/ethical complications that arise?

That being said, if it is considered cheating, I insist that if your ME1 LI confronts you on it you can respond with 'It's not REALLY cheating, it was just a lapdance!'

Eh its just annoying because I want my damn fish fed but I feel like if I shoot down Kellys offer that later on in ME3 or whatever she might be mad at me etc. Before we know about TLOSB coming out I left Liara for Tali and then during the DLC Liara brings up you dating Tali. DOES Liara bring up Kelly during TLOSB if you get the lap dance and date no one else?

That's only because you failed to rescue her in time, or you didn't actually, you know, ask her to feed your fish by striking up a conversation with her after the dinner.
