Collector's edition.
EA account
Bioware account
Dragon Age account.
Dragon Age Journeys account.

None work here.  No you cannot link them.  The website traps you in an invalid validation loop.

Create new account.

Register game (for access to content, and the in game item the Edge.)

Where?

No access to toolkit.
No access to patches.  (I love 45 minute load times!)
No in game item anywhere. 

Not in game, not under 'What's New, Profile, My Content, Your Registered Game Promotions, etc...'

Please help. 

BTW you cannot register you game anymore...I just tried and I get "The connection was reset

It isn't. Only the toolset, which is clearly advertised on the front page, and patches, under My Games are on this site. Everything else is accessed directly through the game. You have also not been doing your homework if you think those four accounts are separate, because it's clearly stated several places that they're not.
