I just downloaded and installed ME2 from Origin, installed the patch, and all my DLC. When I try to launch I get the error about awc.dll not being found. I've read a bunch of old threads and such on this issue, and I can't get any of their solutions to work. I think they may have been from the pre-origin EADM, or something, because i can't find any of the files on my computer that were spoken of, like "eaaccessinstaller.exe". I have adobe AIR installed now too. Any ideas?
Redownloading and installing the game is really out of the question for me, since it takes days on my internet.
AWC.dll (yeah, again)

Doesn't Origin have a verify game integrity like Steam does?? Search in the options/troubleshooting sections to see if you can have it run a check on the dl and fix the issues.

If it does, I'm unable to find it.

Try that and see if it helps, from EA site on problems launching.

I've browsed the forums extensively and TheZyr, you have the exact same problem I have. Bumping 6 months later.
In my case, after installation, there isn't even an "Electronic Arts" folder in Program Files. It seems half the authentication files were scrapped on the Origin installer. EAAccessInstaller.exe doesn't exist anywhere. EA support has basically shoved my requests aside after climbing the Tech Support ladder twice. For the record, I have the Collector's Edition.
There is currently no fix, anywhere, that I could find.
I regret using my money to struggle with terrible support when the exact same product is offered for free to anyone who knows how to use a virtual drive. For shame.
EDIT: I was finally able to reason with support staff at EA and they re-issued the game to me. For some odd reason, the client they let you downlaod changes depending on where you got the game from at first. Get them to issue you the rights to a fresh copy and download that. It worked for me.

Hm, then happens with me. But only if I modified it's setting then from the menu try to start the game. But sometimes it's just promt me this error, go for Configuration do something or don't, after that maybe runs, maybe not. Quit and start again. Weird issue, of course I'm always start from Origin. In Steam it never has this issue, of course Steam always started from the game exe itself.
