..You loser.

Never liked that foolish dillweed, especially after the crappy way he treated Shepard on Horizon in 2. What a twit. Same with Ashley, never had any use for her either.

It's not Shepard's fault the rest of the goddamn galaxy was all like "Ah, to hell with you dumb worthless little humans! Nobody gives a steaming crap about you!" and "Millions of humans are being abducted by giant bipedal insects, but let's just ignore it until it becomes an issue for OUR stupid species/organization/government/whatever!!!"

Why do so many of Bioware's plots revolve around dumbarses being in utter denial, despite how glaringly obvious the seriousness of the situation is?

"A horde of freaky apocalyptic plague spreading Orc clones that crawled from the colon of hell has invaded and is on our doorstep, and is an eyelash away from slaughtering us all like the sniveling human pigs we are and using our entrails to adorn the landscape, but let's just spin around in circles trying to catch our own arses until the problem just magically goes away all by itself!!!"

Every plot is driven by people being such colossal morons that you can only wonder how they're able to remember which orfice is used to consume food. Common sense is no existent. These characters are so spectacularly stupid.

Especially most of the LI's. Except Liara, of course. Liara is the only good apple, she's the best ever. (I love her so much I don't care if she was involved with Feron or not. She is just THE awesome.) ~~<3~~

I don't like Kaidan or Ashley that much. But I do not support hate threads.

And things in life don't happen that way?...hmmm so no dump asses, who reject the facts and near the end of resolving the problem they actually see it!Really...am I the only one who encounters such people?

back to your original question...I think it's because of the drama!

ME2's LI's were sooo much cooler and more interesting. Even Jacob. I like Jacob a lot. :D

Is recruiting them going to be optional or compulsory?

Well I got to say that everyone sounded a bit derpy on Horizon, including Shepard. It was a weak part of the story to make Shepard availiable to new LIs. But it doesn't have to ruin Ashley or Kaidan unless we want it to.

I think Kaidan's reaction was pretty much on par. Guy can't just drop everything -- He has responsibilities and honestly? Your regulation-breaking Commander is presumed dead for 2 years then comes back from the dead and not only that but working for a terrorist organization? Can you honestly say you'd be like UH UP SHUR COMMANDAR GIVE ME FOUR SECONDS TO DROP TWO YEARS WORTH OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS.

Yes, he was being unreasonable. I dunno... Sounds like emotion to me.
So, you know, whatevas bro

It isn't exactly regulation breaking when the human alliance is betraying its own people and leaving them all to be turned into mashed potatoes by a bunch of bug people, and at least in this one case Cerberus was doing the right thing, they were looking out for their own kind. Meanwhile everyone else has got their heads jammed up their rears huffing their own gases. While there is grey goo encroaching on the Milky Way.

"Two years worth of accomplishments"? When did it ever say either of those suckers accomplished anything in those two years? Two years isn't a very long time, and besides, military life is NOT all flash and fury, you're not some 24/7 hero or something. The only time you really see action is when there's a war going on and you're sent off on some mission (which isn't usually longer than 6 months because the military wants to try and avoid having their people's minds get fried). And that doesn't happen very often.

If they cared about Shepard they would be more understanding than that. So much for the "I would follow you anywhere!" claim. (should have done us a favour and followed us into the embrace of the Grim Reaper. And not followed us back.)

The Milky Way contains a looot of sour milk. Maybe the grey goop should vaporize us all, put an end to all of the stupid.

So is your main complaint about Kaidan and/or Ashley the writing on Horizon? Because I'm never going to hit bingo at this rate, you need to elaborate on your hatred.

Just in case you aren't posting just for the lolz, have you ever heard the phrase "fiddling while Rome was burning?" Humans have a remarkable ability to deny things, close their eyes and scream the ABCs and say "I can't hear you!" when things they don't want to deal with (or can't think of where to begin with dealing with) come up.

Politics often times (in good literature and real life) screws up the world and makes situations worse.
