Okay, so I just started making "Let's Play" videos, and I need as much constructive (or not so) criticism as possible so I can better my videos. Any input whatsoever is helpful!

You got a good voice.
Invest in a better mic tho' but it's fine so far. You can record stuff on audacity instead on fraps. It'll make the process harder but you'll get used to it.
If on audacity, just highlight audio you aren't talking over, click 'noise removal' then 'select noise sample' or whatever. Once you have that sample, CTR+A that b*tch to noise remove the whole thing and get rid of that annoying humming noise in the background.
Errr... when you're using Sony Vegas do the whole 'maintain aspect radius' thingy or whatever so you can get rid of them black bars.
From then on it's just luck.
