Annoyingly, i wasn't aware of the licencing issues with some dlc before i transfered my harddrive into my new console, and although my dlc works whilst online, while offline it doesn't and i cannot play any of the saves that have the dlc - makes sense enough.
But i was just wondering, will the fact that the dlc is corrupt from mass effect 2 have any effect on loading saves for the third game? If there's going to be a problem then i'd rather deal with it now, than when the game comes out. So can anyone reassure me?
thanks!

Sounds to me you need to do the license content transfer and the Gamertag recovery (links in my sig). That should eliminate the 'corrupt dlc' and you can play normally.
As for importing into ME3, I would hazard a guess that regardless of the state of your dlc issue it will not have a bearing upon the import. As far as I am concerned the importer will read the save file rather than the game content you have; so you shouldn't be concerned.
