i've been trying to decide when to play it for my current playthrough. from what i've read it seems to make more sense to do it before your mother dies if you bring along your sibling. the thing is that I made bethany a grey warden and i think that it'd be weird if when you encounter her and the other wardens during the qunari attack she acted awkward like you haven't seen eachother in a long time, even though you did legacy with her prior to the attack.

so my question is this: will she recognize that you did legacy with her during the attack and change the dialogue? if not, then is doing legacy before your mom is killed at all important? i'll probably just do it at the start of act 3 if isn't.
