I'm trying to buy points to get Legacy. I recently moved to another state so my old billing address is no longer assoicated with my card. I do not see an option when selecting a payment type to change the billing address. I tried to add the credit card again but it told me the number was not uniqiue to the account. When I tride to buy points anyway I got "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later."
How do I change my billing address?

Have you tried to purchase the points through the Origin Store?
Once you have selected your item, you can then go to the billing options and in the drop down box and select Create New. This will create a new billing profile for your EA/BioWare account, allowing you to change the address.

I would rather not have to install Origin just to buy some points.
Cant you just delete my current payment info?

You do not have to install Origin to purchase from the Origin Store. You can go to http://store.origin.com, login with your same account information for you BioWare account, use the Search feature to search for BioWare Points and then proceed to check-out.
Once there, you will see your Billing options, which you can add a new card, change the address, or update your billing information.
Alternately, you can contact the Customer Experience team at http://support.ea.com, login and select Contact Us. Once you are in contact with an agent, they will need to verify account ownership by your email address, date of birth and billing information on the account. After they have successfully verified the information, they will assist you in updating your billing profile so you can proceed with your purchase.

I tried to update my billing address exactly as EA_AgentX said via live chat. They did not do so. They tried to get me to sign up for Paypal.
The Bioware System automatically changed my correct city name address to "UNINCORPORATED" , and I've attempted to update myself via multiple browsers to no effect. Your live chat system agent deleesh refused to update and refused for me to speak to his manager. He was obviously from India. I wouldn't mind if he could actually do the job effectively, but he has not.
I've since attempted the EA email option. Bioware's gone downhill since being bought by EA. I don't want to ever deal with EA customer support ever again.
