Read the article before responding. It's good stuff and I agree completely. As much as I like competitive gaming, gamers who think their hobby make them an athlete are an insult to genuine athletes and certified personal trainers such as myself.
Why can't gamers just accept that what they do is gaming and not sporting? Is it because they're so hopelessly out of shape that they hope to change the semantics so that they can consider themselves athletes?
Jim Sterling is a total hardcore, X-treme grade A bad***. Although I think he should consider becoming my client as his love for cheeseburgers and a sedentary lifestyle seems to be as great as his wit.
