So, my grandmother bought me Mass Effect, and Mass Effect 2 from amazon.com for my PC, but when it arrived, the card with the Cerberus Network code wasn't there. Is there anyway for me to obtain one, or just a code, or will I have to buy Bioware points (which, I assume is how this will end)?
DLC didn't arrive with my PC copy of ME2?

Contact EA support, and explain the suituation to them. They should be able to furnish you with a code.
Once you get the code, refer to the Tech FAQ thats at the top of the forum for instructions on how to redeem the code, as well as download and install the DLC. Section 2 covers DLC related questions.
