Creature Weapons in Use?

Are the Creature Weapons listed in the items palette in use by creatures (ex: wolves, bears, dragons, etc...)? I took a look at the creatures' inventory and none of them seem to have assigned creature bite slotted weapons.

Right, that is where the Creature Weapons are listed. But if you open up any of the creatures and look at their inventory, they don't have anything in them.

The creature's DefaultWeapon and DefaultArmour are set in the APR_base m2da.
