I have been searching for about an hour now trying to find tutorials and help topics for FaceFX...
So far the topics I find are not related to my question, or ones I have already read, or they are blank (due to the forums changes I guess?)
I am trying to find a guide for FaceFX for creating morphs. I have no clue where to start. I am for starters trying to edit existing morphs then save to use in a mod on NPC's etc.
When in FaceFX I don't know where to even go to find the morphs..or what to do after that.
Anyone give me any pointers, links to tutorials or guides..etc?

Hmm, if I'm reading your post correctly, I think you've got two different things mixed up.
FaceFX is used for facial animations and lip-synching.
If you want to create a head morph, this will get you started:
http://social.biowar...index.php/Morph
Essentially, go to File -> New -> Morph and chose a base in the top toolbar, e.g. HM_UHM_BASa_0 for a human male.
