I Installed Mass Effect 1 and got the 1.02 patch, then downloaded and installed Bring Down the Sky with a valid CD Key. It said it installed correctly. I checked the in-game options downloadable content area but Bring Down the Sky is not listed there. I also checked the DLC folder in C drive\\ Games\\ Mass Effect and could not find files that I think would be those of Bring Down the Sky.

Can someone please offer suggestions as to what has gone wrong?

I now have another request. Perhaps Bring Down the Sky was not installed to the same place Mass Effect was. I don't know where the files for Bring Down the Sky installed themselves to. Could someone please tell me the exact name of some files that are installed with Bring Down the Sky so I can search for them on my computer?

When you bring up the configuration utility click on the games tag and see if it lists ME and it should also list Bring down the sky and both their codes. If it doesn't then you have an issue and you MAY find help in this thread....

But to be honest I don't see any real files in any bioware/ME folders that actually say Bring down the sky or even BDtS as obvious so can't help you with your other request.

Ahh, just checked, and it does show under the DLC ingame as Bring down the sky, so if it isn't there you had an install issue. Have you tried reinstalling or making sure it connected to the internet after install?

I solved the problem by reinstalling Bring Down the Sky.
