Where they showed how to customize weapons and stats.

But no wait, we need 80 hours of detailed presentantion to the effects of statistical progression.

Weapons and stats... and what about armor customization? Or some hints on exploration, another squadmates etc?

There is much more that can be presented than... shooting stuff.

Given how terrible exploration was in Mass Effect and given the premise of Mass Effect 3, I think we're better off without exploration. We have also been shown the leveling screen, which would constitute another RPG element. Although I'm not certain how "squad mates" fall into this.

Two new guns:
One in Shepard's hands and one in the hands of Cerberus troops.

The Cerberus one looks a bit like a Locust, but more like a KRISS SMG.

The closest thing I saw was Bethany/Carver and ogre in the beginning of DA2. Not torn, but likely broken.

DA2 spoiler:

Considering it happened during gameplay and not a cinematic I doubt it's perma-death. Surprised they'd put such emphasis on such a... brutal finisher in a game without perma-death, to be honest. That's sort of like showing Hawke impaled by the Arishok in a pre-release DA2 trailer, the logical conclusion is that they'd die.. but they don't. I'd think such hand-waves are best not called attention to...

I wonder if those mechs can pick Shepard up in the same way, and if it's a one hit kill then.

BioWare do not comment on rumours. 

BF3 is looking pretty awesome though!

well that was disapointing, just combat gameplay and it was crappy opposed to the demos at e3 and comiccon cause those were amazing.

Going from one extremum (spoiling main twists end ending) to another one (not even showing new characters) is not a solution. But it seems spoiler complainers got what they wanted, BioWare now considers even Vega's voice a spoiler Nevermind people who complain about the spoilers watch/reach/click on the spolilers THEMSELVES, nobody forces them to watch/read new content, they know it may contain spoilers...

I'm happy we got a new video but it was very badly edited. The movements were way to fast too...or is it just my connection? Anyways...hope they explain the bit with Liara, doubt she survived that one. :-(

I am very happy that Bioware is not showing anything of the story,just showing the combat,and it looks absolutely amazing.
