If Shepard didn't shout "It(?) killed her!", I'd handwaved it as normal gameplay situation which happens when squadmate approaches to Atlas - that's why comparison with ogre, which may beat party member squeezed in his hand but, with proper healing, don't kill him. But, if I'm not misheard, he did shout. So what is it, guaranteed injury of one of squadmates?
