Oh, so revealing that cerberus is indoctrinated/gunning for shepard isn't a major spoiler? Or what about the prothean squadmate? I guess since they said it's been scrapped we're supposed to just believe them right? I could go on all day. Bottom line is, they're still letting spoiler slip. If you don't want major spoilers, then don't watch any videos. There's only so much stuff they can show that doesn't contain spoilers. Movie trailers show spoilers, but you still enjoy it right? Isn't the reason you went to go see the movie because you were interested in the story from the trailer? Or were you only interested in the combat and michael bay splosions? If they plan on showing combat gameplay videos from part 1 - part 50 all the way through the launch, are you really going to be excited with the same old combat you've seen over and over again? I think you're the one who needs to pay attention, and actually think about what's being discussed rather than jumping right into it.

I can live without ME1 pathetic excuse of an "inventory".
I'd rather take it as it was in ME2, where it manages itself, so I don't have to bother sorting crap out after every single fight, which is just tedious, boring and serves absolutley no other purpose than to waste my time with something I really shouldn't have to do.

That was one of ME2's biggest curses, not benefits. The entire system was too automated and virtually did all the work for you with barely any input, resulting in everything God-modded to the max with no trade-offs and no effort. I'd rather have a clumsy, awkward system that at least lets me play with my gear than a system that is so simple it runs itself.
ME1's system may have been, to quote you, "just tedious, boring and serves absolutley no other purpose than to waste my time with something I really shouldn't have to do" but ME2's system was just tedious, boring and because it did everything for me and didn't let me play around with it and truly customise it. I honestly to this day still don't get why people consider it a good system, instead of one of the most unsatisfying, linear and shallow systems out there. Not unless you really are somebody who is all, "herp derp, I just wants me combats!!1 Get out of my ways evil RPG stuffs!!1" Especially when there are plenty of pure class shooters out there with far better systems.

Whoopity ****ing doo, If I wanted Earthbound's inventory, I'd play that game. This is 2011, not 1994. I shouldn't have to buy 12 copies of the SAME ****ING GUN IN THE 22ND CENTURY

Oh boy this again.
For every time someone gushes over ME1s inventory system for having "GREAT options" I laugh because I find this same exact armor right after Horizon and never find anything better.
I find so much crap laying around in ME1 that I don't even have to think about it.

Oh boy, this again.
For every time someone automatically thinks that criticising ME2's inventory system for having "NO options" is saying that ME1's inventory is gold and the only way to go I laugh, because they are clearly narrow-minded and think everything is black and white, and that there are only two options: the ME1 way and the ME2 way. And putting down the ME2 way MUST mean that the ME1 way is the best RPG inventory system ever and must be replicated again perfectly for ME3!
Seriously... this practice is getting tedious. And you wonder why I question the audience BioWare is starting to bring in when this repeatedly happens? <_<

Okay just had a look at the trailer and I am having a hard time working out why anyone would want to play as a soldier now. Between the Sentinel and Engineer gameplay I'm finding it very hard to be swayed to play as a soldier.
If an Engineer can use a Revenant and a nameless sniper rifle now on top of a heavy pistol and sub-machine gun and have access to all his/her engineering powers what on earth is the point of playing as a soldier? Even if the soldier can deal a lot of damage the engineer can tear down defences and also create a drone which can distract an opponent(s) and deal a fair bit of damage with the Revenant (If the Revenant is the same as Mass Effect 2) or can someone elighten me about something awesome the soldier has that I may have missed?

Uh...hm...grenades...?
As far as I know, the Soldier is at the moment the only class that can use them. Maybe having all ammo powers at will is appealing to some. And those ammo powers are affecting the Concussion Shot power. Cryo Ammo, for example, makes CS behave a little like Cryo Blast.
I dunno. Each to their own, I'd guess.

was it so ****ing hard to market the damn game like it was done in the keynote ALL ALONG without silverman going on his bull**** rants?
Seriously that was done perfectly. Draw in the casuals with the action and flashy combat while reassuring the hardcore fans about the RPG aspects of the game.
