I never expected too much to come out of Gamescom with PAX Prime around the corner.
When is it?

I think if there was an achievement to play femshep then we'd have more than 17% of people playing her. Cause as of now, I know those like 10,000 votes hardly any actually play femshep. Equal shepard love for all!
I don't want achievements that force the way I role-play, and I have a femshep profile.

Achievements never allowed for roleplay. The only ones I ever get are from just playing the game.
The ones going for achieves aren't roleplaying anyway.

Really disgusted with this, we alreayd voted for BlondeShep, nowe have to vote again? Just a coincidence that all the sexist twits in the games media had a hissy fit about the choice chosen to begin with? Low move.
Jesus frigging...
Look, many people (myself included) voted for that FemShep for the style in particular, not the color. Bioware noticed this and said hey, if that's the case, let them choose the color too. It should have been laid out like this from the start, but whatever. If people truly want blonde, blonde will win again. If not, deal with it.

They said we were voting for FemShep. We weren't, so I'm angry about it.

Well gee, I'm guess I should just try and deal with being lied to about my chosen shepard just because a few people liked her hair cut.

just finished watching the "Squad leader" for first time, only one question - WHAT THE HELL WITH THE ANIMATION? It's just.. terrible! Liara and Garrus looks just like flying platforms with moving legs. I really hope it is not final.
Considering that it's more than half a year left until release, I think they can fix those animations. Looked pretty okay in the E3 demo. The only difference there, is that they were always walking with their guns pointed straight ahead, which looked a little silly.
Oh, and by the way, I noticed another inconsistency in the trailer.

Well before it dropped in from the sky too.

Play with flycam mode, and you'll find they do that sort of thing all the time. Things are set up almost like soundstage in ME, and "performers" will be just outside of camera view. For instance, the Praetorian on Horizon is hiding behind the back wall until the cutscene triggers. The Human Reaper Larva is also hiding outside the walls of its room after it falls down the pit. Usually, they're very good about using clever camera angles and object placement to hide stuff that isn't "really" there, but occasionally you can catch them in the act, Ceiling TIM being one example.

How do you know whether people who voted in the first poll play as FemShep?

Dear god, they made a poll to change the hair colour? Why? Why give in to the feminist rabble?
What does this have to do with the 'feminist rabble'? There were alot of comments on the old Facebook poll where people said they liked #5's hair but wanted it in a different colour.

Yeah, it totally wasn't because of this forum filling with vitriolic threads and ign articles generalising all blondies as bimbos. Totally wasn't that.

Well, the trailer was just edited in such a way to make the combat look interesting, even though the events taking place didn't happen in that particular order when they were played out. If you look closely when the ATLAS is dropping in, it is actually taking place on Sur'Kesh (note the river).
Good eye though.
