Replaying my Lv. 58 Vanguard. I want that acheivement so badly. I only have BDTS as DLC, but what does that require?
ALL sidequests and dlc?
If I don't get to Lv. 60....wil I at least get to Lv. 59 by endgame?
Really rusty with this ME1 file
So Close To Lv 60.... Advice?

If you're starting from level 58 you should hit 60. Since you're at a higher level, you'll get more xp per effect (kill, unlock, codex entry, etc.)

I'm on casual too... so will that have any effect? But I still have to to all the quests and junk right?

It has little to no effect, on xp gains, and no effect on quests or loot. The only effect it might have on xp gains, is in a few spots, I seem to recall some extra enemies, not enough to make a real difference.

i had a chacater suck at lv58 when i started a replay if your anything like me yourll get to 60 pretty soon into it

I had to play 2 time always go to 42 or higher never level 60 may be was playing wrong.

I think all the experience from lvl 1-57 is equal somewhat to the experience needed from 57-60, so you should be ok doing the mainquest and a few side quests perhaps
