Having bought the DLC, I keep taking a turn round the Chantry Board but as yet no sign of Sebastian. So is it one of these things that only comes up after you have completed certain quests? At the moment I don't know if I have successfully downloaded or not.
At what point in Act 2 should Sebastian appear?

Sorry, change that, I meant Act 1. I've done Birthright quest and just heading over to Anders. Part way through Averline's first quest and visited most areas in the city.

He should appear as soon as you walk close enough to the Chantry. After the cutscene, you should have a new quest called "Duty". If that doesn't happen, your DLC may not be registered correctly. You may want to check out the platform-specific technical self-help discussions to troubleshoot it - there's one each for PC, XBox, PS3, Mac.

On the PC version you have to click the chantry board and accept the quest after the cutscene. Which is great because there are times I don't want to do his quests or have him in the party at all.

He won't actually join the party until Act II, so don't panic when he's still just hanging out in the Chantry after you turn the quest in.
