 I am in debt to myself after trying to add money through the console (oh the shame..)

In fact, when I added 1k gold, and the game told I received one 1k gold, I checked my inventory and I had -33 copper 

Is the joke on me for trying to get more than I deserve, or did I do something fundamentally wrong while trying to become a billionair.

code I used was runscript zz_money x= amount of copper

My guess is that the game can't handle greater than three-digit sums of gold. These things tend to happen in such cases. Try adding less gold each time.

I did, but even 1 silver doesn't increase the sum.

You were right by the by, I resolved it by loading a save where I hadn't used the console yet, and like you said, if you add a number of three digits or less it works fine. Thanks a lot!
