 Why DLC Arrival and other is not compatible with polish version ME2? Request seriously reply.

Sorry with my bad english.

I want to play in Shadow Broker, Arrival and other, but i can't buy this DLC, and play with polish language (i dont need dubbing! seriously!). I beg, see to my request, please!
