I was just wondering if there was a difference between the level of difficulty between the PC and the console version (and I don't mean the PC version's tendency to lock an fireballs onto a target moving towards you )
I mean, is the PC version's hard mode harder than the XBOX or PS3?

I've been seeing a few people say that in what seemed to be a totally non-troll way but it sounded unlikely to me. I mean why do it?

No, they're meant to be exactly the same. Mechanics-wise everything is the same so there shouldn't be any differences between console and pc. If the numbers you see on screen are the same and the enemies have the same hp it's all going to be the same in the end.
The only slight difference lies in speed runs perhaps, where for pc it's easier to switch control of characters and aoes can be aimed without pausing combat.
It's one of my favourite questions that used to get asked whenever Arelex posted vids etc.
That and if he's cheating hahaha

AreleX is the vice-worst player
also Arelex is a super secret boss in DA2, 100 times harder then the High Dragon + Xebenkeck + Corypheus together. Just his body heat will wipe you party out in a matter of seconds.
Finally AreleX is the first PS3 owner that succesfuly modded DA2.
