All the time. I just wish she had more dialog.
Has anyone killed Samara and accepted Morinth into the crew?

If you take Morinth out on missions, she has speech for certain areas of scenery like the others. Even a few different lines if you get her early enough to take on other crew member's recruitment missions where Samara would have speech.

Yes, but I don't know if it's worth it, considering how underdeveloped she is.

Hell Yeah.
But seriously, it was totally in character for my Shepard to recruit a blue succubus.

I'm on my second playthrough, this time as a renegade Shepard. Decided to let Morinth survive and kill Samara. To be honest, I always figured this was a great moral choice that, like everything else in Mass Effect 2, ended up being ruined by having an extremely paragon outcome for one and an extremely renegade outcome for the other.
Either choosing Samara or Morinth would be a very hard choice. Morinth is a cold-blooded killer, but Samara wants to kill her because she's genetically "off-kilter". Both are wrong. Either one would be justified. But when you choose to save Morinth and kill Samara, Shepard acts like an ****. Like "I never needed you Samara, Morinth will be a much better squad member than you ever were". And I'm like... dude.
I like Morinth more than Samara, but if I ever played paragon again (which I plan to do in the future) I could never pick Morinth just because of how Shepard acts.

Samara doesn't want to kill Morinth because of a genetic disorder. She wants to kill Morinth because Morinth murders people without any moral qualms. There is no doubt that serial killers have some kind of mental disorder, but do we give them a pass because "something is wrong with them"? No, we lock them up or in some states kill them.
I would have preferred it if they made Morinth basically a blue Dexter. Basically, she kills, but she only targets other killers, so at the very least when making the choice between her and Samara you can't say one is truly more evil than the other.

My renegade fem-Shepard's reasons for choosing Morinth over Samara:
1. Thane is a contract killer. Kasumi is a career thief. Zaeed is a mercenary with alot of blood on his hands. Miranda and Jacob are affilated with a known terrorist organization. Jack is...Jack. How do you think a Justicar would view these people?
2. This particular commander would not lose sleep over killing thousands to save billions. She also would not fret about terminating a potential threat to her overall goal(ending the Reaper invasion).
3. Yes, Morinth wants to kill her, but she wants to do it in a specific, and easily avoidable, way.
