1) Dragon Age 2. It had a great combat system, awesome storytelling, and really set the stage for things that impact the world, as opposed to a small blight that some people don't think really happened. The Skill and Specialization System I feel were much improved over Origins, and on the PC the Combat System was mostly the same, but ran much smoother and was overall prettier. The only issue I had with Dragon Age 2 was the mapping, but if that's fixed, it would have no issues.
2) Dragon Age: Origins. A solid game in its own rights, but had a lot more boring parts in the game, as opposed to Dragon Age 2, which seemed more Action-packed. Origins definantly had the more interesting characters though, with Alistair, Oghren and the non-retarded Anders being my favourite. After playing Dragon Age 2 though, and seeing peoples response to the Blight, it feels Origin wasn't as big in the wider picture as people think it was a fake, when obviously you just shut it down really fast. People also complain about how you weren't able to choose a Dwarf or Elf Hero in Dragon Age 2, but I agree with the direction they went entirely, they wanted to tell a framed story about one family, as opposed to a Lone-Warden who returns his order to glory. The family was already Human, so why would they have a Dwarf Step-son? If what I think is happening, then in Dragon Age 3 we should be able to get the option to choose the three races again.
3) Dragon Age: Awakening / Legacy: I felt that the Awakening Expansion was a little rushed, and too much like Origins for my taste, with the characters feeling pretty stale since the expansion as a whole felt really short to me. Legacy, while not an Expansion I liked more then Awakening.
EDIT: Before anyone says I clearly don't know what I'm talking about, I have over 300 Hours in Origins/Awakening, and almost 100 in Dragon Age 2 over multiple different playthroughs. I've completed the majority of the Codex in Origins multiple times, and for the most part have all the achievements except maybe 1 or 2 per game. Dragon Age 2 has been played less, because it hasn't been out as long, but it's still the superior game in my eyes because of the changes it made, while Origin is a throwback to classics if they kept Dragon Age as just classic RPGs, they wouldn't see very much as classics aren't as classic as people feel.
