I bought and downloaded the Arrival DLC for my PC. When I installed it, it seemed to be only the 1.02 patch. I thought that maybe the Arrival DLC was imbedded in the patch and began playing but there is no indication that the DLC is part of the game. Is there something special I have to do to activate it?

If you aren't past Horizon, then you will NOT see anything ingame with Arrival. IF you are past Horizon and have gotten the second set of files on recruits and still haven't gotten anything then it didn't install.
