I have just recently purchased DAO Ultimate Edition (retail copy) and I have registered the game with my account. Viewing the DLC option in game all my installed DLC is not authorised and after searching through the forums trying all solutions I still cannot get it to work.
Ive viewed the sticky, tried all these support.ea.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/218/showhome/true and even checked my serial is correct in the configuration tool.
I have no idea what else to do and cannot find a direct phone number to contact Bioware/EA.
