 I downloaded Dragon Age Origins on the playstation network and picked up Awakenings from Gamestop but I am unable to play it because it tells me to insert the DOA disc. Is there anyway to fix it?

I am not sure about this, but try it and let me know. Install Awakening off of the disc, then exit back to home screen. Boot up Origins. Go to New Game, you should be given the option between Origins or Awakening. let me know if it doesn't work.

I have the same issue, actually. The problem is, the game does not appear to install at all. It flashes the screen a few times and tell you that "Dragon Age Origins game data is required for Dragon Age Awakenings - Please insert your Dragon Age Origins disk", etc etc. It won't proceed until you insert it.
