I love how ME1 decisions mattered. Characters' fates changed based on your actions (Wrex, Ashley, Council, etc). However, the missions themselves (structure, enemies, assignments, etc) remained the same.

Sure, If Wrex wasn't there, Krogans weren't as nice attitude-wise. If Ash died, she wasn't attacked by Collectors, but still, these decisions didn't add or subtract from mission structure.

In ME3, will ME2's decisions (such as which characters or ship crew died) impact in-game mission structure.

Hypothetical 1: Legion died so when encountering Legion-like "good" geth, Shephard will have to perform x number of actual quests/missions to earn their trust.

Hypo 2: If Shepard persuaded Migrant Fleet to not go to war with Geth, Shepard will only have to complete a minor quest to put down the rogue Admiral who wants war, whereas the rest of Quarians will be peaceful. Conversely, if Shepard persuaded to go to War in ME2, he will have to complete 3 quests to calm Quarians down because most of their fleet will be fighting...

 Thanks for your help!
