Personally I like the ending with a loyal Jack and the bubble. She does the same exact maneuver as Samara, with the getting mad and throwing away the collectors but on her it just looks better, more in character. So I generally run her on that mission because I like the way it looks. Also as a kinda glitch, if you take her on the first part and she has squad Warp ammo, and applied to your guns, when you go through the bubble with her you still get the warp ammo effect on your guns. I don't know if it happens with Samara and it may not glitch again, but I did see that on one of my adept or engineer plays.
