So it has to be a dating sim to have romance at all? Where have you been the last 2 games?

its more complex than that. For my 2 cents on it I simply don't want established as straight characters going Bi on me just to please you.
Oh someones going to come on here and say "nothing to worry about there because there are no established straight characters" BS! I've said it before and I'll say it again some of the characters have been nothing but straight throughout. Garrus and Thane especially. Garrus talks about female Krogan flexibility like sharing his sex stories with his buds. Thane was married and has kid what more proof do you need? Why is it that the only way to establish that a character is straight is that for them to flat out say "I am straight Commander I like the opposite sex"
Thats awkward to bring up no matter how you slice it.
That said some flexibility (no pun intended) can be found here. Kelly is easily Bi if anyone even cares about her. Its possible that some of them are Bi and have kept it close to their chests.
As it stands I'm not against Gay or Bi romances. Hell I'm seriously considering doing a M/M romance in one of my playthroughs and I'm a full straight dude.
But by wanting all romancable characters to be all Bi is to invite DA2's romance all over again.
I completely agree with this, specifically the Garrus/Thane arguement.

But why is it so important to me? I can't remember.

And all of mine have L1s.
ONe of my males faked interest with Ashley throughout ME1 just to get in bed with her. It doesn't have to be romance it can just as easily be 2 people blowing off steam before the **** hits the fan.

The point is not that anyone says "Ohh it's certain they're bisexual". The point is that it is possible for them to be bisexual. Sleeping with one gender does not exlude the possibility someone may be sleeping with the other one as well or be interested.
Ok I get where your coming from You want more of what DA2 had. You want 2 people just talking to turn in DO ME NAO!

IIRC in ME2, none of the squadmates even hinted at sexual attraction to Shepard unless Shepard picked one of the dialogue options that started the romance. The problem was apparently some people not being able to discern these romance triggers from other dialogue lines (though I'm not sure what kind of stress relief these people thought they were offering Garrus).

Not to be an ass, but they never really do elude to it. I can understand characters like Tali which were orignally built to be bi-sexual, but if characters like Garrus, that are mainly just your bro, came onto you in ME3, I would feel as if they forced it. By all means, introduce more variety, but forcing it where it wasn't before is just too weak of an argument.IsaacShep wrote...

It was not like that for me in Dragon Age 2.
Perhaps you think bisexuals are like that in general then? That is rather offensive.

Neither side will admit that they're wrong about anything.
As it has been with every thread before it.
It starts out bringing up a few points and then devolves into "You're a homophobe!" and "I don't want established characters to go gay!" and back to "Well they never told you they weren't!" then "You don't have to tell everyone you're straight in order to be straight!" and finally back to "You're a homophobe!"

Hate that phrase, it's pointless.

Garrus wouldn't do that. He's not sexually into humans. He basically blatantly admits it to FemShep. He's only going to stick "it" in her because she wants it and he respects her as a friend blah blah. He never 'comes' onto FemShep, so why would he do that onto ManShep?Dionkey wrote...

2. Don't post images as emotes or commentary.
