I have played through all sidequess in my first play through and though since I have a few levels left to go to get 60, I would just do the main quests. But I do my side quests choices from play through 1 get transfered to ME2 if I skip them in the second play through.
Do I have to replay all the sidequests in my second play through?

Take a look at the numbers you need to reach to level out at 60...those last few levels are huge...you are going to need all the side missions and get out of the Mako at every opportunity to max out at 60 anyway....And yes, you will need to to all the side missions again anyway if you want those choices to carry through on your transfer to ME2.
