Mordin goes back with Crew.
Don't Recruit Tali.
Don't let Grunt out of the tube.
Legion given to Cerberus.
Bring Zaeed and Garrus to Reaper Larva.
Jack dies from lack of armor.
Do all loyalty missions.
That should, in theory, kill Kasumi and Miranda, correct?

No.

The only possible way to get Miranda killed is to have her not loyal, and bring her with you to the human reaper.
I got her killed off by having her not loyal and holding the line with a loyal Kasumi, Garrus, Thane, Legion and Jacob.

I would love to know how, considering in my last file I left her on Hold the Line, disloyal with a valuable of zero and she still survived.

killing Miranda involves four ways:
1. Non-loyal at final boss
2. Non-loyal (or loyal) left holding the line by herself
3. Non-loyal (or loyal) with one other weak squadmate holding the line (both should die)
4. Non-loyal (or loyal) with two other people (and not be Mordin, Tali, Jack or Kasumi - they die first).

I've not tried it but wouldn't using miranda as your tech expert cause her to die?
You haven't tried it because it's impossible. You can only assign her to be a squad leader or biotic barrier babe.

Hrm. I've heard that even if she's unloyal it can be tough to kill her off. But I did suceed in it. I did her loyalty mission, had her talk to her sister, and sided with Jack during their argument. I went back to Miranda and used the neutral response with her. I doubt this had anything to do with her death, though.
During the SM I never used her for anything at all. I used Jacob as the first Fire Team leader, Jack as the Biotic Barrier, and Samara as the second team leader which resulted in her death. I sent Mordrin back with the crew, and Tali had died at the door. I took Zaeed and Grunt on the final fight. Everyone on the line was loyal EXCEPT Miranda. I never had Miranda on any of my squads during the SM. I don't know, and doubt, that that had anything to do with her death.
I read somewhere online that you have to take 2 out of 3 - Zaeed, Garrus, or Grunt in order to pull off her death on the line when she's unloyal. Supposedly, the unloyal characters will die in a certain order first, but it's a good idea to have Tali/Mordin either dead or back with the crew regardless since theres a chance they could die too on the line.
Supposedly, it can be random whether she dies on the line regardless of doing all this, and I was pleasantly surprised when they showed her on the ground.

Interestingly enough, according to the suicide mission chart, she is not even listed as one of the possible team deaths if the bubble fails. Most of the random deaths are done in order of preference, and therefore not so random.game-zerox wrote...
isn't there a possibility to kill her by seeker swarms with a fail biotic bubble?(such as using jabob for the job). If I remember it's a 50% chance on who dies.
I tried to play a "Shepard dies" game and left Miranda as the ONLY one holding the line, and she STILL lived. She was the ONLY crew member to survive, allowing Shepard to survive as well. Weird.

Per my previous post, leaving her holding the line by herself if she is loyal will not kill her, and according to the chart that makes sense. Your best bet would be to have a bunch of weak, unloyal squad mates holding the line with her, if you're stuck trying to kill a loyal Miranda.Ryanratto wrote...
I was looking through some old threads and read that there are 4 ways to get Miranda killed. I guess that I might have been wrong before. Can anyone tell me if all of these can kill Miranda?

This is clearly wrong, as Shepard needs 2 team mates to survive in order for him to survive.

I failed to mention I saved Dr. Chakwas, who counts as a team mate for the final tally.
Edit: That can't be right, because another crew member would have to survive to escort her back to safety. Hmmf. Whatever. The point being, Miranda was still the only one to hold the line, and she made it, the brat.

What is the point of having her loyal, if she dies? It won't matter.
I've literally never lost a Squad Member on the SM, except for Zaeed once because APPARENTLY he isn't a good leader, My ass.
But I digress, easiest way to kill Kasumi and Miranda is to not do their loyalty missions, and take both to the final fight. Otherwise, good luck killing ******...I mean Miranda.

More like "Your fault." Pay closer attention to his stories. No the problem there is that Zaeed died, instead of everyone else he was leading.

Waitaminute, that can be right, because Dr. Chakwas can be escorted to safety by an unloyal person who would then die. Yeah. Nyah.atomicwolfdog wrote...

He led the f'n Blue Suns, thats what I was going off of. Apparently, that doesn't qualify him to lead five people. YEAHOKAY. Besides, I reset anyway, so I have never finished the SM with a dead member.

And as has been pointed out before, Zaeed can't lead a fire team into a bar for drinks without casualties.

I missed the part where it says the unloyal members die first in Hold the Line. So a loyal Miranda can't die. Spent ages trying to find a way, but there isn't!
