ok i purchased the overlord and arrival dlc on my main gamertag, but kasumi- stolen memory and lair of the shadow broker i downloaded using a secondary account.
both accounts are on the same xbox so why cant i access the stolen memoery and LOTSB dlc using my main account when connected to xbox live?? is there any way to get this working or am i being forced to buy it for 2 seperate accounts on the one xbox.

Technically you should have full access to both sets of dlcs (so to 'speak') using either Gamertag; though it does complicate things a bit for yourself.

Is your secondary Gamertag native to the 360? If not then perform the content license transfer and recover the Gamertag (links in sig) to see if that helps.

What puzzles me is that since you are connected to XBox Live the above shouldn't matter. There have been cases where users have managed to get around it by signing in with the 'secondary' Gamertag and disconnecting in order for the 'primary' Gamertag to get access.

I'm having essentially the same problem, and I tried the license transfer; it only applies to same gamertag, multiple consoles.  I have two accounts on one xbox both of which downloaded certain DLC packs on that exact same xbox. My secondary account can access all of the packs, including the ones bought on my primary account, but it isn't working vice versa.  There's got to be a way to rectify this...I really want to play ME3 on my primary account with all of my achievements.

I have to confess that I don't understand why some gamers, such as yourselves, purchase dlcs using different Gamertags. It can, and seemingly does, cause problems for yourselves.

If you contact EA Support with all the account info perhaps they can consolidate all your dlc purchases to your preferred account.

Also, try the log-in disconnect 'trick' I mentioned above, though the last poster to use that wasn't that long ago I believe, as it does have a good success rate apparently.
