After reading some more of this thread i'd like to point out: The eye shape of RedShep has *NOT* been changed, the eye colour is bolder than the blue on the other Sheps so it merely gives the *ILLUSION* of change... They are. The same. Eyes.

Also RedShep isn't ginger. She's red. >.>

Maybe a fair few feel like I do in that it is a complete waste of time voting so they aren't bothering to vote.  I made my voice heard in the first poll Bioware chose to ignore it and 32,000 other votes and do a do over.  So why the hell would I want to vote again when in all likelihood if it doesn't turn out how "some" want it they will do yet another "do over".

Quite a few that voted in the first poll probably don't even know there is a second poll going on.  I mean after all it was pretty clear in the first poll that we were voting for the femshep we want in the game.  The first poll gave no indication we would have to vote a second time because of a few complainers.  It probably never enters anyone's head that a company would be so moronic as to do another poll when the first one had a clear winner.

If it is that important to you, you do not back down and continue fighting (voting) for your choice. If you throw in the towel you get what comes. Simple as that.

There is also no indication this is the last poll. They may decide to make another set of options and filter it down even further.

We need another vote for eye color, I sure as hell didn't vote for green! Who's saying that people wanted it when previous vote was for blue eyes and now somehow all options are green?!

Silverman said this was definately final on bioware tv.

I'm guessing because of the initial twitter voting results.
Whatever really =P

If there are 1500 comments like this on facebook, (like the hairstyle) Bioware could change its mind. Good luck !

So where are they now? If they were that dedicated to that character they should have stormed the second poll and made it clear she won from the start.

So they have themselves to blame for not voting out of 'principle' or whatever.  Not even sure what principle is involved, really.  I mean, you are aware that at this very moment a child is starving to death on the street, a woman is being raped, and the slave trade is still alive and well and flourishing?  And you're deeply concerned about the principles involved in a cheesy facebook poll regarding something that, ultimately, has no impact on the world whatsoever?  Don't act like this is some kind of courageous moral crusade.

Every single person who talks about how unfair their life is because of Blonde Shep or because of Ginger Shep: You are probably living in more wealth and luxury than most of the world. Once you get beyond age 14*, you'll get some goddamn perspective.

* I realize some of you are already perpetually 14, so sorry for you guys. There's you're empathy, enjoy.

They didn't ignore the votes, the one you voted for is right
there for you to vote for again along with recolors for people to vote on that preferred
other hair colors. You are just being a sore loser and a child. You won one
game so there can be no more games anymore because you won and that’s the end
of it is basically what you are saying. Clearly there were a lot of people
wanting a different hair color and only voted on that one for the hair style.

It was never clear that the first poll was going to be the one and only poll,
sure it never gave any indication there would be a second but it also never
gave any indication there wouldn't. It is fully within the company’s rights to
make further polls to narrow down exactly what people want.

In short, stop acting like a spoiled little child that didn't get their way.

So you need a facebook account? So what, BioWare expects that each member of their community goes to facebook now? Great, just great.

No that poll showed that 32,000 wanted that particular hairstlye for 5.  Of that 32,000 some people voted for the haircolor in addition to the hairstyle while others just voted for that hairstyle.

No the poll showed that 32,000 wanted Femshep 5 end of discussion that is what the first poll shows.  Anything else is speculation.

No.
It only showed that 32,000 would prefer 5 over the other options in poll 1.
The new poll actually indicates that he is right and people voted for 5 because of hairstyle and not haircolor.
If number 5 with blonde hair is the femshep most facebook users would prefer then she will win the second poll too!
But for now this just doesn't seem to be the case.

It's called viral marketing. Many people seem to forget that both votes are a publicity stunt, and they seem to be working.

No the voters aren't to blame, Bioware is to blame for this they totally screwed up the poll.  But hey you got what you want so you are happy now.  As for your diatribe about blah blah suffering on the planet etc etc hm yeah couldn't care less personally.  There is nothing I can do about it, my government (the guys I pay a crap load of tax for) don't seem to give much of a toss so not my problem.

I never said it was a moral crusade I said I couldn't see the point of voting again for the same damn thing I voted for the first time and got thrown out.

Hm well thanks for thinking I am 14 but I am considerably older than that.  I would ordinarily agree there are more important things in the world.  But hey ginger fans didn't think that way did they ?  Nope they didn't like the result of the first poll so they ****ed and moaned till they got Bioware to do a "do over".  Now you are telling others that WE should just "accept" it now when ginger fans didn't.

Why did they screw up the poll? Because they made a second one in which your favourit could loose because of her lack of popularity?
They started the first and got a lot of feedback about the winners hair color, even from the "likers".
Its just sensilbe to open a new one.

You seemed to have missed the fact that I was calling out the people who complained that their lives were awful because of blonde shep (Blonde Shep or Ginger Shep, my post says above).  I was equally as derisive of your 14 year old child antics in the Blonde shep debacle as I am in the Ginger Shep debacle.

You are a teenager throwing a fit because your parents bought you a brand new BMW (but not the right one!). Boo hoo, little ****.
