 Hey, I don't know if this is in the wrong section. If it is, just tell me which one to put it in.

Okay, so I decided (after a year )  to try my hand at Insanity mode on Mass Effect 2. I decided to Import a Mass Effect 2 character, so basically New Game +. But, the character was also imported from Mass Effect 1. On his original playthrough, he got the import bonuses. I've noticed that on this New Game+, he hasn't got them. Is this supposed to happen?

yes. this happened to me too. you have to start from the ME1 import to get the ME1 bonuses. also, insanity is harder with a NG+
