honestly that's the first thing that comes to mind. I mean after you saved the universe (and everyone actually knows it this time) there isn't much left to do as grand as that. I can't picture Shep taking a political position so if not death then maybe Shep takes page from Dragon Age and vanishes.

I used to live in Hawaii - I loved it!

I approve of this as a Shepard retirement option.
