I recently installed the game on a new computer... but now all my DLCs ive bought inhere are gone... They appear as if not bought...

Make sure that you are logging in to the same account you purchased the DLC with. If you are doing that and they are not listed under your redeemed content, you will need to contact EA support directly at support.EA.com. This is a peer support site, so no one here will be able to assist you.
