I've been though a couple of different forums and have read about different ways that were supose to help but didn't. I also noticed that most people are redeeming the Blood Dragon Armor just fine. Which, unfortunately, I find discouraging considering neither of my codes are working. Shale also disappeared completely from the Available Content menu.

Yeah nothing on this forum has helped me out so far, but if any had some advice for me I'd really appreciate it. I used the downloadable content for shale on my PS3, and shale just disappeared completely out of the downloadable content. I've talked to felix now (the guy who gives the rod to get to shale), and its saying I need to pay 15 dollars to get him. I entered the blood dragon armor online instead of on my console, was that a bad thing? Haven't seen anything about that either.

You did the right thing with the blood dragon armor, it says to enter the code to the website then log into your game to download it. I did this and it worked, but I am also having troubles with the Shale code. Mine also says it's invalid/

im having problems with shele code my code is bd74-53c3-d538-pnps whin i put the code in it wont work i want the shele character and my card expires aprir 30 2010 i need a new code i want to get it from the internet to down load it to my flash drive i need it plez

its most likely expired code they are no longer any good after the 1st of April of this year.

The good news is that the codes never expired. Bioware decided to change that.

The bad news is that you don't enter them in the normal Xbox dashboard. You have to enter them either from the DLC screen that appears in the main game menu or add them to your EA account that's tied to your gamertag.

I would suggest contacting EA support and having them add the content to your account manually.
