I think there was a person that said they locked the general section to force people to post where they are meant to post... However there seem to be a few bugs around.

That isn't a GAME suject, but a WEB SITE subject.  Pursue it on the Web Site Help Forum.

FYI, not long after that last comment, and probably before the thread was moved, no one at all could post anything in any toolset forum. Myself as well, yes.
