After finishing a bitter pill with Fenris, i had enough friendship points to trigger questiong beliefs so I went and finished that. I used every romance dialogue possible. I spent a few minutes reading the forums and saw that if you finish A bitter pill before questioning beliefs, then you just screwed at a chance to romance Fenris (huge nerd rage moment for me lol). However, after i finshed questioning beliefs and returned to my estate, Fenris was there waiting for me and my char and him kissed. Now he's wearing a red ribbon and my house crest on his belt. So is that bug finally fixed? from 1.03 patch maybe?

That was never a bug. If you did Questioning Beliefs after a bitter pill you had to return home so continue the romance.
