Not sure if this is the right place, but I am very concerned about this and I would appreciate someone helping me, since I can't seem to get anyone's attention in the other forums. Sorry for shouting, but I've got to get some help with my account. I have to change my password, and I can't.
My password will no longer allow me to login to DA:O. I decided to change my password, but the email I get to rest my password has an invalid link. I can copy and paste the link, but it leads to an invalid url. If I try to change my password from my account I get the same runaround.
I really REALLY want to change my password. Never mind that I am unable to login to DaO. There's much more important issue here; namely, I absolutely have to be in charge of my account. I need to change my password. The fact that I can't change my password should have Bioware concerned enough not to simply ignore me. I'd love to send an email to support -- but guess what? You can't email them without a password.
Would someone PLEASE help me? I HAVE to change my password.

I cannot locate any of the three recent (EA) game manuals, but there is a telephone number on the last page of the manuals to reach EA with.
Looking at your profile, I see that Luke Barrett accepted your social connection as a friend. Are you in touch with him via the PM route? He could get you that phone number instantly, if you also lost your manual (mine aren't lost, I just have nothing close to any "system" for putting anything away, and periodically have to shuffle through things) . .

Hi, and thanks for responding. No, I'm not in touch with anyone - I'm only here periodically as my work often takes me away for weeks on end, and I didn't notice or respond to the friend thing until yesterday (I'm not up on that sort of thing - a luddite, really). I've had trouble with the EA site from day one, but this is something else.
