Okay, so when I bought Mass Effect 2 I got it from the EA store (before it was Origin) last year. However, I recently had to reformat my computer and I am in the process of reinstalling everything now. A snag that has occured though is that I cannot find a way for me to redownload Mass Effect 2. When I signed up for my EA account, I was using my old email address. That email account got hacked awhile ago and got completely taken over, and then eventually shut down. I have no idea what the password for my old EA account is and I cannot log in. I am also unable to reset the password because I cannot check that email account since it is closed. I have since made a new EA account using my current email, but obviously cannot redownload Mass Effect 2 since that account didn't purchase the game. I still have the confirmation email saved from my old email when I forwarded my inbox to my current email. What can I do to redownload the game?

Edit: Also I was wondering if there was a way to merge my 2 EA accounts? This has caused some authorization errors with my DLC for Mass Effect and Dragon Age since the some of the DLC was purchased with my old EA account.

only EA.com support will have any chance in heck of helping you with this. I would try the live chat option, and be prepared to jump through some hoops if you can get a good tech to help you, but they aren't just going to give out passwords and the like easily, cause that would make it easy to hack accounts.
