The new Rachni homeworld (or the planet where the rachni live if we choose to let them live in ME1; I know it's NOT their actual homeworld, but whatever).

If I had to choose from the ones OP mentioned, I'd go for Thessia or Palaven.

Palaven, tough im expecting to see only ruins and corpses there, and the reapers and their abominations moving the landscape. Basically the planet i wanted to see in it's glory, i doubt it's there anymore.

Hopefully the other homeworlds aren't getting raped as hard as Earth is. It would be cool to see those worlds in they're glory before they get pwnd. Probably not going to happen though.
