It is analogous to the first pack, equipment for Hawke, new upgrading weapons (such as fire staff, 2H maul), accessories for companions - as said above, different type than in pack 1, for example an amulet for Isabela and a belt for Aveline.

I just turned on my xbox 360 and it was the first thing I saw under "spotlight". Downloading now...

I can't wait to go make my enemies bleed with the new weapons. Hopefully rogues get something to replace their meat cleavers of doom with, like actual daggers.

The two armors for each class are identical? That's lame. Do the weapons and armor get any lore/history attached to them like last time?

I'll still probably get it, I like the Rogue and Warrior gear more than the last pack. I love the dual axes (they look like kamas).

DW Rogues get Axes - I'm on the fence about it. Really, these items are useless to me unless there is another DLC fairly soon, and that DLC doesn't have new items (Legacy was good, but I wish items leveled with char).

I've just completed my 6th run through - 1H/2H Warrior, DW/Arch Rogue, BM/Healer Mage - not much else to do...

Just for the FYI: Xbox and PS3 release dates are controlled by Microsoft and Sony respectively, so they will only ever come out when the stores update except in very rare cases. The PC version is released by us and we usually get it out as soon as we can once we get in to the office.

XBL updates at midnight (usually) so they are literally the first to get DLC.

I like them! Not sure about the axes for the Rogue class (backstabbing with an axe seems really awkward) but they're not bad. I like Arms of River Dane but have a hard time seeing Loghain wearing it, what with the peach coloring on the arms and skirt. But hey! My female rogue likes them bunches! Thank you!
