Hey guys, with a full import bonus in both Paragon and Renegade, and without exploiting morality glitches, what's the maximum amount of both Paragon and Renegade points you can end with by the end of the game?  I am maybe 1 missions away from starting the Collector Ship mission, and half maybe 2/3 of the 3rd bar Paragon filled, while I just trickled over into the 3rd bar Renegade.

You can obviously fill either bar completely on any given playthrough.

As for filling both bars completely, simultaneously - I'm virtually certain its impossible to do that.

However, the paragon/renegade bars are pretty irrelevant anyway for all practical reasons, seeing as how all morality checks use relative morality values, as opposed to absolute ones.

Assuming that morality bonuses for an ME3 import still happen, I'd think that they would reflect on how high your P/R bars were in ME2. Obviously no one knows for sure, but all we have to go off of is the way it worked with ME:1 -> ME:2. In this play through, I'm just trying to get everything as high as I can to get the highest (assumed) import bonuses for 3.

Max points Renegade is 1900 and max points Paragon is 1957 in the coalesced.ini

I've never gotten that much in any play through, though.

I'm pretty sure it's possible to fill up one meter 100% and the other up to at least around 50%.

The way the game displays your P/R is weird.
