After I loaded my game today I noticed that for some reason Wynne always is in combat stance and keeps running away from the party, even if no enemies are around. I have checked her tactics and there is nothing that would cause that behavior in the tactics. Also it is an issue that never happened before today. I have played nearly 50% of the game without anything like this happening. I am wondering if this is a well known bug and if so is there any way to fix it? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Exiting the game and reloading usually fixes the problem.

I tried that a couple of times and it still didn't work. Has anyone else had this issue?

Try removing Wynne from your party then re-adding her. Zoning into a different area also can sometimes resolve the issue.
