Legacy DLC account problem/Ea support sucks

Tried once again to get on later, the lady informs me I'll be upgraded to T2. I tell her I'm not waiting for another 45 minutes watching my screen for T2. She says that she'll have to upgrade me to T3 which will take 24 to 48 hours. Apparently not wanting to wait another 45 minutes on top of the hour and a half already waited means I need to wait 2 days? Well now it's day three and I just want to play legacy already. I'm hoping I can get an answer here otherwise I'll need to turn to cracks and hacks, and if I'm forced to do that for this one dlc, I'm probably going to continue with all of them to make my life easier.

If you are using any special characters in the password, #$%^@ it will NOT work in game, thus not allowing you to link up and authorize the dlc.

And sometimes, you'll need to logout and login again to make the game recognize the dlc.
As for EA support, please remember that EA support probably have a 1) a manual they go through and

For some reason it isn't connecting and getting authorization, which could mean you bought with a different account, firewall blocking, you clicked play offline, or any of a number of other issues. Thanks for you help, sounds like you hit the nail on the head as I am pretty sure accounts are different. I'll try to connect ingame (I need to figure that out). Thank you.
